  • We have studios, 1-, 2-and 3-bedroom options across 7 properties in Isla Vista. Rooms are either single, double, or triple occupancy.  

  • Fully furnished! 

  • Rent, Furniture and Amenities.  

  • We set up all utilities for you but bill back for gas, electricity and water based on usage. Internet is set up directly with vendor.  

  • Either option is approved, you need either an approved co-signer/guarantor or a deposit. All deposits are one month of rent.

  • Submit your application through the website, we will then process your screening. From there, we will send you a lease agreement electronically. Application fees are $70/application unless special offer is specified.  

  • Both! If you come with a roommate, we will match you with them based on availability. If not, we offer roommate matching as well based on a roommate matching form that is filled out as part of the application process.  

  • Yes, guarantors will have their own log in to the portal to make payments. Parents will only have access if they are on the lease agreement.  

  • Using the resident portal, you can pay with a card (additional fee) or e-check (no additional fees).  

  • Parking is available at $165/month for a private space and $120/month for a shared/tandem space (only offered at certain locations).  

  • Walking distance (less than a mile) from campus. All properties are a few steps from bus stops as well.  

  • Laundry rooms, resident events, on-site office and printing!  

  • All services are provided, you submit a request through your resident portal with us.  

  • We have an on-call number to call after hours! It will be included in your welcome package with us on move in day.  

  • No pets on site, only emotional support and service animals are allowed. Reach out to our office for further details.
